Chocolate-Chocolate Cookie Dough Explosion

Ingredients

  • 1 double chocolate Butter Braid® pastry
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 5 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 envelope dream whip
  • 2 Tbsp. milk, more if needed to reach desired consistency
  • ½ cup flour
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, more if needed to reach desired consistency
  • 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips

STEP-BY-STEP DIRECTIONS

  1. Bake pastry according to directions on package – set aside and let cool
  2. Cream softened cream cheese and butter together in large bowl
  3. Add brown sugar, vanilla and Dream Whip and evenly beat together
  4. Add milk, flour and powdered sugar and beat to evenly incorporate until smooth
  5. Stir in mini chocolate chips 6. Use spatula and frost pastry*

*Tip cover the bowl with frosting with saran wrap and put in fridge for about 15 minutes to thicken up
