Ingredients

  • 1 Butter Braid® caramel roll
  • 1 cup blueberries, thawed
  • 1 cup raspberries, thawed
  • 1 cup peach slices, thawed & cut in small pieces

Filling

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • Combine together

Crumb topping

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 4 T. butter
  • Cut together until crumbs form

Frosting

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ T. milk
  • 1 T butter

Oven Temp: 350 | 30 minutes | serves: 12-16

Directions

  1. Thaw caramel roll pastry roll overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Carefully unroll it. Roll dough to 10” by 10” square.
  3. Place on large, greased pizza stone. Cover and let rise 2-4 hours until double in thickness.
  4. Spoon filling on entire crust.
  5. Arrange blueberries, peaches and raspberries each on 1/3 of crust.
  6. Top with crumb topping.
  7. Bake as directed.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before frosting

* EXTRA CARAMEL PACKAGE: Add it to ¼ cup cream, heat. 45 seconds, stir & serve with ice cream or apples!
