    • 1 Cherry Butter Braid® Pastry
    • 4 tbsp. cocoa powder
    • 4 tbsp. salted butter, melted
    • 1 1/2 c. sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 14 oz. condensed milk
    • 6 tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
  • Whipped Cream:
    • 1 c. cold heavy cream or heavy whipping cream
    • 2 tbsp. confectioner’s sugar or granulated sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Step-By-Step Directions

  1. Remove your Cherry pastry from the packaging and set out on a baking sheet to thaw for 1 hour. Once it has thawed enough to be pliable, unbraid the pastry and remove the cherry filling. Place the filling in a bowl and set aside.
