Step-By-Step Directions

  1. Set out the Four Cheese & Herb Butter Braid Put the included marinara packet in the refrigerator for later.
  2. Let rise for 12 hours.
  3. Roll the pastry out on a greased pizza pan and baked at 350°F for 5 min.
  4. Carefully, remove the pan from the oven. Spread marina sauce on top of the pastry. Add pepperoni slices, shredded provolone cheese, and any other toppings you’d prefer.
  5. Bake for another 15 min.
  6. Let cool and enjoy your Four Cheese & Herb Pepperoni Pizza!

Shamrock Cinnamon Pastry Roll

This Shamrock Pastry Roll is a real crowd pleaser, sure to shine at any St. Patrick’s Day brunch or dinner. All you need is a package of Cinnamon Butter Braid Pastry Rolls and pinch of creativity to make this fun dessert and guarantee yourself a lucky day.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. of Cinnamon Butter Braid Pastry Rolls
  • Green food coloring
  • Sprinkles
Step-By-Step Directions
  1. Set out the package of pastry rolls and let it sit for about an hour or just long enough to soften slightly.
  2. Open the package and put the included icing packet in the fridge for later.
  3. Place the roll log on a cutting board. Slice apart the pastry rolls following the pre-cut lines.
  4. Lay one individual roll on its side and slice the dough so you can unravel it. You’ll need a total of seven rolls to make the Shamrock Pastry Roll.
  5. Take two deconstructed rolls and connect them, so they form a heart-like shape on a greased sheet pan. Pinch the bottom of the heart together slightly to connect.
  6. Repeat Step 5 three times using a total of six rolls.
  7. Each one of these hearts will make up one “leaf” of the shamrock. You should have one at the top of your sheet pan while the other two are place on either side of the top one, so they are all three just touching.
  8. To make the stem, straighten an entire roll and place it near the center of your 3 “leaves”. It may look small now, but, by morning, it will have completed rising and be quite a bit larger.
  9. Take a sheet of plastic wrap and spray one side with cooking spray. Place the plastic wrap spray side down over the pastry while it rises overnight or for about 8 hours.
  10. After it has completed rising, bake according to the directions on your package.
  11. Once it is done baking, take out the icing packet and mix it with the green food coloring.
  12. Frost and decorate with sprinkles before serving your Shamrock Pastry Roll.

Heart Cinnamon Pastry Rolls

These heart-shaped treats are made from Butter Braid brand cinnamon pastry rolls and feature our famous cream cheese icing. Now, you just have to decide how you want to decorate them!

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Butter Braid brand Cinnamon Pastry Rolls
  • Pink and Red Sprinkles of your choosing
Step-by-Step Directions
  1. Slice apart the nine pastry rolls following the pre-cut lines. For ease of cutting, let roll log thaw for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Carefully unroll about one half of the roll and then roll it back into itself. Just make sure you leave a little excess in the middle, so you can form the point of the heart. Pinch the bottom together to make the strong point. Ensure they are rolled tightly as they will spread as they bake.
  3. Allow rolls to rise at room temperature (72°F) for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Bake in pre-heated oven at 325°F (350°F for high altitudes) for 21 to 25 minutes or until slightly brown.
  5. You may ice the rolls while slightly warm or wait until they cool completely.
  6. Decorate with sprinkles and enjoy your heart cinnamon pastry rolls!

Strawberry Banana Split Dessert

Strawberry & Cream Cheese Pastry, strawberry mousse, and banana whipped cream upgrades the traditional banana split and makes a perfect treat for your summer vacation. Try it for yourself today. Ingredients
  • Strawberry & Cream Cheese Butter Braid® Pastry
  • 1 small pkg. strawberry jello (4 serving size)
  • 1 cup very hot water
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
  • 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 ½ cups whipping cream
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Garnish: chocolate sauce, maraschino cherries, banana slices, strawberries, crushed pineapple, and whipped topping
Step-by-step Directions
  • Let your Strawberry & Cream Cheese Pastry rise 8-12 hours
  • Bake according to the package directions and let cool
  • Crumble pastry up into a 13×9″ pan. Press down slightly in pan with spatula or fingers.
  • Prepare strawberry mousse
    • Whisk together the jello powder and the 1 cup of very hot water until jello powder is dissolved. Let cool for 15 minutes.
    • In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    • Beat in the cooled jello. Let cool to room temp.
    • Fold in the Cool Whip and strawberries. Place bowl in fridge to chill for about 30-45 minutes.
  • Prepare banana whipped cream
    • In small bowl, beat banana with beaters until no chunks remain.
    • In a bigger bowl, beat the whipping cream with the sugar and vanilla.
    • Scrape the banana into the cream and beat another 20 seconds. Not too long – you don’t want to overwhip the cream.
    • Chill for about 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the dessert
    • Place the strawberry mousse over the crumbled up pastry, smoothing it out with a spoon or spatula.
    • Next place the banana whipped cream on top of the strawberry mousse. Carefully smooth out over the strawberry mousse.
  • Enjoy your strawberry banana split dessert!

  • 3 cups powdered sugar, more if needed to reach desired consistency
  • 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Step-by-Step Directions
  1. Let your Double Chocolate pastry rise 8-12 hours
  2. Bake pastry according to directions on package
  3. Set pastry aside and let cool
  4. Combine softened cream cheese and butter together in large bowl
  5. Add brown sugar, vanilla, and Dream Whip and beat together
  6. Add milk, flour, and powdered sugar. Beat together until smooth
  7. Stir in mini chocolate chips
  8. Use spatula and frost pastry with mixture
    TIP: cover the bowl with frosting with saran wrap and put in fridge for about 15 minutes to thicken up

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 6 oz. raspberry jam
Step-by-Step Directions
  1. Let the 2 Double Chocolate pastries rise for 8-12 hours
  2. Bake the pastries according to the package directions
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the milk, water, and vanilla until blended
  4. Add pudding mix and whisk for 2 minutes, let stand for 2 minutes or until soft.
  5. Fold in whipped cream
  6. Chill until ready to layer trifle.
  7. Prepare frozen raspberries – drain well and sprinkle 1-2 Tbsp. sugar on top

LAYER ONE

  1. Cut up one Butter Braid pastry into inch size pieces, layer on bottom of bowl
  2. Layer on 1/3 whipped cream mixture
  3. Spread ½ raspberry jam over cream mixture
  4. Sprinkle one pkg. frozen raspberries over jam

LAYER TWO

  1. Cut up the other Butter Braid pastry into 1″ sized pieces
  2. Layer pastry pieces on top of raspberries
  3. Layer on 1/3 whipped cream mixture
  4. Spread raspberry jam over cream mixture
  5. Sprinkle remaining frozen raspberries over jam
  6. Top with last 1/3 of whipped cream mixture
  7. Top with fresh raspberries
  8. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve your double chocolate raspberry trifle
