The Butter Braid® brand has a new look! We’ve updated our logo, typeface, packaging, marketing materials, and even created a new tagline. Our dealers’ and customers’ needs are always evolving, so our business and products are growing right along with them. We’re not like the other fundraising brands on the market. The commitment we have to our core values and our customers sets us apart from the rest, and now the brand’s new look will help further separate us from the pack.
Every business needs a logo that represents its values and attributes. After all, a logo is what creates a first and lasting impact on the public. The Butter Braid brand has always been proud of the message its logo conveys to its customers. That’s why the message is the same – we just tweaked the design a little. Our new logo is smoother around the edges with less harsh outlines to give it a more modern feel .
The flavors of our Butter Braid pastries are rich and delicious; don’t worry, we’d never change them! But we did change the packaging of our product to better highlight those great flavors. We’ve chosen a horizontal design concept that prominently displays the main ingredient of each pastry. This new style also allows us to feature more color in our packaging which makes it easier for our customers to find them in the freezer!
Our marketing materials have also undergone a redesign. The new, fresh imagery gives our materials a more modern feel that will better connect to consumers of all ages. The photos we’ve featured contain a nice blend of lifestyle and product photos.
“Share the Good” is the tagline for the new and improved Butter Braid brand, and we are in love with it. The word “good” is referring to several different things: the good taste of our products, the good feeling you get when you share our products with people you love, and the good you’re doing for your community by buying and selling Butter Braid pastries. There’s just so much good to go around!
All these changes have opened us up to great new opportunities and ensured we will be staying around for plenty of years to come. But rest assured, while our look may have changed, we’re still the same brand that you fell in love with. We’ve just given ourselves room to grow.
Customers have begged us to bring it back; they’ve pleaded for its return. Well, this season, their pleas have been answered.
The Bavarian Crème Butter Braid® pastry is making a comeback this fall! With delectable fudge icing and sweet vanilla filling, it’s a pastry lover’s dream. This French-inspired delicacy leaves everyone who tastes it wanting more.
Bavarian Crème was retired in 2013, but everyone loved it too much to let it go. With flavors this good, it belongs in the Butter Braid® pastry line-up. You all thought so too. So, we’re thrilled to be pulling this flavor from the vault for relaunch in Fall 2019.

The Butter Braid® brand has some exciting news for the 2019 fall fundraising season. The Cinnamon Pastry Roll is returning to the product line up!
We’ve received many requests from Dealers and customers to bring back our famous pastry roll since we retired it in 2018. With its butter, flaky Danish dough and warm cinnamon filling, the cinnamon roll has always been a fan favorite. So, we’re glad to be able to offer it, once again, to the people who love it.
Ask your local dealer if they’ve picked up this breakfast favorite. They can point you to a local fundraiser that will have what you’re looking for. After all, we love to “Share the Good!”
Extras for garnishing’s:
-Chocolate sauce, maraschino cherries, bananas, strawberries, crushed pineapple & extra creamy whipped topping in a can
Let pastry rise according to the directions on back of package – preheat oven to 325 degrees and bake for 22 minutes.
Let cool after baked once cooled
Crumble pastry up into a 13×9 inch pan – press down in pan slightly with spatula or fingers
Prepare strawberry mousse:
Whisk together the jello powder and the 1 cup of very hot water until jello powder is dissolved. Let cool for 15 minutes. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the cooled jello – let cool to room temp. Fold in the cool whip and strawberries – place bowl in fridge to chill for about 30-45 minutes.
Prepare banana whipped cream:
In small bowl, beat banana with beaters until no chunks remain. In a bigger bowl beat the whipping cream with the sugar and vanilla. Scrape the banana into the cream and beat another 20 seconds – not to long – you don’t want to over whip the cream. Chill in fridge about 15 minutes.
Prepare the dessert:
Place the strawberry mousse over the crumbled up double chocolate pastry – smoothing it out with a spoon or spatula
Next place the banana whipped cream on top of the strawberry mousse, carefully smooth out over the strawberry mousse
